The US Youth Soccer Midwest Regional League is the premier league competition for the US Youth Soccer Midwestern Region.The Midwest Regional League joins the Eastern Regional League, Southern Regional Premier League and the Far West Regional League as the top regional competitions throughout the country. 

Each US Youth Soccer Regional League is comprised of the top teams in their respective region that have earned their spot based on a proven track record of success in US Youth Soccer competitions. The top finishers in each regional league earn advancement to the US Youth Soccer Regional Championships, part of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series, the oldest and most prestigious youth soccer national championship competition in the country, and a chance to earn a coveted spot in the US Youth Soccer National League.

Midwest Regional League

The MIDWEST REGIONAL LEAGUE (MRL) features three tiers — Premier I, Premier II and First Divisions — to ensure the highest level of meaningful competition among the Midwest. The league provides an opportunity for the most competitive teams in the Midwest to play each other on a scheduled basis while also competing for placement in the prestigious US Youth Soccer Regional Championships, as well as automatic qualification into the highly-competitive US Youth Soccer National League.

Teams interested in competing must meet the MRL Team Criteria For Acceptance (Updated March 2018)

The MRL fees for the 2017-2018 seasons will be $700 for Premier I and Premier II teams. The fee for First Division and Qualifying Divisions will be $650.

Update to Match Reports for Spring 2018

The MRL Match Report has been updated for Spring 2018. Referee Reports are to be completed and submitted to the host team or the Site Coordinator following the game. MRL Referee Report (with Team Line Up Cards) is to be submitted to the Local Site Coordinator or host team at the conclusion of a match. Local Site Coordinator or Host Team representative shall Submit match scores, Game Reports, and Line-up cards via the SportsForms Game Score Reporting at
